A new project

Alejandro wanted to open a second restaurant concept. He also wanted to take advantage of this new opening to develop better management tools with a view to increasing the profitability of the second concept.

Improved management

We carried out an audit of the situation and identified the tools we needed to develop. The idea was to develop tools specific to the company. We then worked on the business and financial plan for the opening of the second Twisted Burger. Market research was carried out on the location. Once the premises had been found, we implemented a new, more efficient and profitable management system. We decided on and established certain ratio standards. We also adapted our menu to target customer segments in the neighborhood.

A unique culinary theme

All this work led to the opening of the second concept. This has enabled us to develop new services and better standardize our various processes. A third concept is already in the pipeline.
