3 locations in one
Jean-Marc came to me with a very specific idea. He had no experience in the restaurant business. He wanted to create a place that brought together 3 concepts, and wanted to create a place that reminded him of a certain era.
Multi concept
The objective was to bring together a wine bar, a bistro and a café in a single location. A unique place that would feature a period design in the style of the early 20th century. Jean-Marc charged me with the task of drawing up the business and financial plans, using the “Plan d’affaires clé en mains” service. We organized meetings so that the customer could follow the progress of the project. He was trained in various aspects of marketing applied to the restaurant business. We secured the financing and he was able to go ahead with his project.
A missed opportunity
The goal was reached. Jean-Marc became the proud owner of Le Roseline. A wine bar, bistro and café concept. A place where time seems to stand still.
