Caroline already had a great background in the restaurant business, working as the manager of a food concept. But she wanted to use her experience and invest her time in her own business. She decided to contact me.

Caroline was at the stage of setting up her own business. Despite all her experience over the past 15 years, she wanted to enlist the help of a professional specializing in restaurant business plans. She told me about her idea, the timeframe and the available capital outlay. She didn’t want to do the business plan herself, so she entrusted me with the mandate, and we began the “Plan d’affaires clé en mains” program. The idea was to create a place that would offer a mix of food services, including breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as a takeaway counter. Inside the concept was a café counter opening onto the street and leading onto an outdoor terrace. Once the financial set-up was complete, she went in search of the necessary financing.

In conclusion

Caroline has always wanted to run her own business, especially her own restaurant. She decided to take the plunge and put in the necessary resources to make it happen. The means in terms of tenacity, determination and making her dream come true.
