An authentic culinary journey in the heart of Gaspésie
It is with great pride that we announce the opening of FoodAs Cuisine, a restaurant with a warm, authentic atmosphere, located in New Carlisle, on the edge of the magnificent Gaspé region. Thanks to our collaboration with Amy, the talented owner, we’ve been able to realize her dream of sharing Gaspesian flavours through a unique and convivial concept.
Honouring the terroir
After opting for our ”360° Start-Up Package”, our work with Amy began with the development of a solid business plan and a financial plan tailored to her needs. Together, we assessed the feasibility of the concept and worked to secure the financing needed to bring this ambitious project to fruition. Today, FoodAs Cuisine finally opens its doors and invites gourmets to discover the delights of the Gaspé Peninsula.
The fruit of a dream finally realized.
