Two friends

Amélie and Mérédith worked in the pastry-making sector. They decided to create their own concept. A made-to-measure cake and coffee concept. They came to meet me and we began the process of setting up the business.

A love of cakes

The main idea was to share their love of cakes with a wide audience. They also wanted to offer a café as a complementary service. We worked on the business plan, the types and lines of products to be sold, and the choice of café. A market study was carried out to determine the most suitable location for this type of concept. A financial plan was drawn up, taking into account the cost of the project, forecast sales over 3 years, operating costs and labor costs. We found the ideal premises and, following lease negotiations, they signed their lease.

The birth of a local café-pâtisserie

They realized their project and saw the birth of their company, which offers a range of unique cakes. They also offer customers the option of customizing their cakes to suit different occasions. It’s a great success for these two entrepreneurs, who have seen their project come to fruition.
