A coffee with a difference
The objective was to create the first neighborhood Lebanese café concept. Amoun, the future owner, wanted help with his business and financial plan.
Celebrating tradition
The idea was to create a place with an oven that would enable the cooking of certain so-called traditional recipes. The other point was to offer a Lebanese-style coffee. Through traditional recipes, the idea was to attract customer segments eager for culinary discovery and change of scenery. The district was chosen according to the concept and the consumption habits of its residents.
A reference in Montreal
It has become a popular spot not only with the Middle Eastern community, but also with other customer segments. Café chez Teta has become a benchmark in its field.
