A story
Romain, a Frenchman from the Marseilles region, came to me to set up an idea that had been growing in his head. He wanted to create a café-grocery concept with a rather old-fashioned style.
A new concept
The idea was to create a place where you could somehow go back in time. A typical place with old-fashioned furniture, artisanal products, a space that brought back memories. From then on, we set out to find the ideal location for his café-grocery concept. We found a space in an old building with a certain cachet, in a historic district. As the premises were on a street corner, this increased visibility. We worked on his business and financial plan. We secured the financing and the business was born.
A neighborhood café-grocery
There are no good or bad ideas. It’s how you bring the idea to market that will make the difference, and its success. A precise definition of your project and its business model will also make the difference. Romain and his partner worked hard to make their dream a reality.
