A desire to take control of one’s own destiny
Patricia came to me to talk about her project. For some time, she had been dreaming of creating her own café, while taking her own destiny into her own hands. The idea was to create a café that was as responsible as possible.
Regular and constant work
Patricia and I started the “Consultation à la carte” program. We worked on the different parts of her business plan. CDER Québec helped Patricia negotiate her lease. We established the cost of the project, the operating costs and projected the profitability of her café. Customer loyalty and communication strategies were put in place. We considered the best choice of café for the mission of his own café. That is, with a precise social mission. Various financing options were considered. We coordinated the various stages of the project right up to the opening.
To conclude
Café 2 Mains was born in May 2023. The coffee shop gives pride of place to women coffee growers. All coffees are certified. The place has a beautiful front terrace and a private courtyard for relaxing. Patricia’s hard work has enabled her to open her own café.
