Being your own boss

Michel was a young chef who wanted to start his own business. It was time for him to take flight. He came to see me to talk about his restaurant project. We began the process of creating his project.

A chef on the rise

We took the time to define the idea and structure the project. Through the business plan, we carried out various market studies, such as customer segmentation, a study of the competition, the area of establishment and the main catering market in which we wanted to establish ourselves. A financial plan was also drawn up, outlining the cost of the project, forecast sales and potential profits. To save time, Michel opted for the “Plan d’affaires clé en mains”.

An unstoppable success.

Thanks to this work, we were able to secure the financing he needed to carry out his project. As a result, he was able to realize his dream and open his restaurant concept featuring world cuisine.
