A change of life

Jade had two ideas in mind for some time. The first was to become his own boss and make a living from his own work. The second was to open a sandwich shop concept. He came to see me and told me about his project. He had no experience in the restaurant business and wanted to know if the project was realistic.

A strong and persistent desire

I analyzed the idea and saw the potential to develop a new sandwich shop concept with a specific culinary theme. I suggested proactive support in the realization of his business plan. Every week, he was obliged to see his project through. The coaching consisted in meeting weekly and developing part of the business plan. While developing the business plan, I provided Jade with the skills needed to successfully manage this type of restaurant concept. We went on to secure the necessary financing, and Baguette Brochette was born.

From the very first year, it was a great success. It was decided to create a second Baguette Brochette. Jade took advantage of the ”360° start-up package”. We drew up a business and financial plan. We obtained financing and the second Baguette Brochette was born.

To conclude

This openness also enabled him to secure a variety of contracts with companies in the form of lunch boxes. Over the years, he has acquired a wealth of experience in his new field.
