First independent café in Lavaltrie
In collaboration with Jhésabelle, CDER Québec brought to fruition its project for an independent regional restaurant-café. Our goal was to offer a superior coffee offering, featuring homemade recipes. In addition, our space hosts a coworking corner dedicated to businesses, self-employed workers and anyone who wants to work in a dynamic, friendly environment.
Stay Focused
To achieve this success, we carried out several market studies, estimated the profitability of the concept and developed marketing strategies to build customer loyalty. We also took into account project costs, sales forecasts and operating expenses. At the end of this process, and with the services of “Consultation A la carte“ service, Jhésabelle was able to submit her business plan to various financing organizations, giving life to the “Aloha Boba Café” project.
