An idea that grew
Creating a café means creating a living space. Cafés are appreciated for their living spaces and the atmosphere they create. A concept that allows people to get together and enjoy a good cup of coffee. Isobel came to meet me to talk about her café project. It was an idea she’d had in the back of her mind for some time and was keen to see come to fruition. She asked for my help.
Making your own coffee
CDER Québec worked with Isobel to create the café she wanted to bring to market. It was a café with a certain intimacy and, above all, one that would integrate perfectly into its neighborhood. We began the business plan, carried out several market studies, defined the communication strategies and the type of coffee she wanted to serve her future customers. Once this was complete, we set about drawing up the financial plan and forecasting the café’s profitability. A café is a service and a price accessible to the greatest number of people, and often features 100% homemade products.
Opening the café
This is exactly the mission Café Iso has set itself. The café came into being thanks to the funding obtained. Bravo to Isobel for her determination.
