Cupcakes and cakes
Céline had no expertise in the restaurant business. She had been working on her project for several years, and it was time for her to take the plunge and make it a reality. She decided to come and meet me.
A personalized service
Céline called on our “Consultation à la carte” service. She wanted to create a space dedicated to customized pastries. The aim was to be able to create customized cakes based on customer requests. She was also targeting the events segment. In other words, to offer a service to event organizers. Once we had identified the location, we began to study the site. We discussed the cost of the project and the financing required. Once funding was received, work began. A pre-opening phase was launched in conjunction with a communications campaign.
Highs and lows
Céline has completed her business project. Of course, there are ups and downs. She has developed her customer base and implemented new services in line with customer needs. She has established herself as a benchmark in the events market.
